Harris spent 9 years playing as a “gun for hire" with numerous Carolina based groups playing in 3 countries and 10+ states (and counting!), for crowds upwards of 6,000! Including a 17 date UK tour in 2024 (with 3 sold out nights at the London Palladium).

He (Harris), built the Flood with his varied musical experience in mind. He wanted to build a Charlotte based band that could play anything! The idea being that it’s not what you are playing, it’s who you are playing with, and who you are playing for!

The Flood plays everything from southern rock, funk, jazz, R&B, you name it they play it! The sets are a musical exploration. A sonic journey begging you to open your heart, tap your foot, and groove along. The improvisational nature of the band, while technically proficient, is always focused on audience connection and giving people something to resonate with.
